Part Transfer Equipment

DWFritz designs and builds machines that transfer parts into and out of processing stations and storage units. Transfer speeds have exceeded 120 parts per minute. Parts are transferred individually or in batches. We also provide any database information required for tracking parts in transit.

Our robotic material handling system features a six-axis Adept robot performing user-defined tasks within an expandable work cell environment. In the basic unit the robot moves on an overhead linear track between a work cell and a single storage cell.
