We develop robust systems that utilize different technologies, from machine vision, lasers interferometers, confocal lasers, profilometers, to mechanical gauges, and more. DWFritz understands that many clients require fast cycle times with high throughput and we design systems to meet those needs.
DWFritz has built tools capable of sub-micron accuracy and nanometer level repeatability, automated location of fiducials and targeted features, automated metrology of many characteristics, surface inspections, three dimensional (3-D) inspections, and simultaneous inspection of an object from different perspectives. We utilize optical vision, line scan, laser, and other sensor technologies to perform metrology functions.
We have built metrology tools with challenging gage repeatability and reliability capabilities for MEMS, medical devices, wafers, silicon ingots, flex circuits, implant components, screw inspection, electronics, and more.
DWFritz solves challenges posed by bowed wafers and achieves < 1 micron accuracy in 3-D, from one side to the other.
