Advanced Machine Control

PC controls (industrial computers) allow the integration of software, hardware, and user interfaces that are not available or practical with PLCs. PC controls allow integration with touch screens, comprehensive control system software, vision systems, motion control systems, discrete and analog I/O, network interfaces, part validation, data logging systems, and many other features.

DWFritz Automation utilizes PC controls on many of our projects. Most have been on Intel™-architecture computers running WindowsNT™ and XP using an RTX™ real-time kernel and/or embedded real-time hardware control. We currently develop programs in C# and MC , leveraging from Microsoft’s .NET libraries. We also have experienced programming in Assembly™, Basic™, Visual Basic™, C™ as well as high-level operator interface toolkits.

Exise and Attach Machine: This system precisely excises small plastic parts from supply reels and attaches them to silicon wafers using a UV curable adhesive. High-performance machine vision and precision motion components enable ultra-precision alignments between the parts and wafer.
