3-D Metrology

DWFritz builds tools capable of three-dimensional (3D) metrology and simultaneous inspection of an object from different perspectives. We utilize optical vision, line scan, laser, confocal, and other sensor technologies to perform inspection functions.

We have built tools for MEMS (micro electromechanical systems) inspection, medical device inspection, wafer defect inspection, wafer metrology, flex circuit inspection, and more.
