Inserting 0.0055" wire into 0.009" holes at the rate of 4 per second, using high performance machine vision to achieve precise hole alignment for each.

Coiling a 0.002" wire around a 0.007" wire with a dynamically-varying pitch.

Singulating wire sensors, using machine vision to determine where to perform crimp and strip operations as well as sacrificial cuts.

Robotic wire wrapping 4 different wire types over a custom-designed proprietary frame.

Laser-soldering wire sensors to a lead frame.
