DWFritz Automation has developed high-precision inspection and assembly machines for CIGS solar manufacturing.
This inspection tool was designed to be an in-line final inspection system of completed thin film panels with a Takt time of 15 seconds per panel. We proved our ability to perform the following:
DWFritz has also developed high throughput precision pick and place systems for the layup of cells to make complete solar modules. Cell-to-cell positional accuracy requirements were met for throughputs of over 10,000 UPH in one compact system.
