Drill and Tap and Stud Insertion Machine

Machine uses mostly off-the-shelf components to automate the drilling of one hole, tapping three holes, and inserting two studs in an aluminum die-cast part. Studs are fed from vibratory bowls and auto-loaded into the stud insertion tools.
