Our specialty is in the assembly, processing, and inspecting small to medium components. We are experienced in both high throughput systems as well as semi-automated machines that require machine vision, precision, and/or robotics.
Machine uses mostly off-the-shelf components to automate the drilling of one hole, tapping three holes, and inserting two studs in an aluminum die-cast part. Studs are fed from vibratory bowls and auto-loaded into the stud insertion tools.
