Input parts at a rate of 40 per minute while simultaneously outputting 140 per minute.  Stores from 10,000 to 250,000 parts.

Stores and retrieves production parts for aging, testing, or optimization of production flow. Allows parts to be grouped into multiple batches; internal database handles all part information including time stamp for accurate retrieval by age.

The system uses sophisticated logic to pre-stage parts for faster input and output based upon upcoming demands.

  • Extensive database information, maintenance functions, and troubleshooting functions are available through the operator interfaces.
  • SERCOS based servo drives provide high performance, greater maintainability, and high immunity to electrical noise. SERCOS is a high-speed, fiber-optic communication optimized for motion control.
  • All sensors are quick-disconnect and wired through industrial sensor manifolds.
  • Uses latest Ethernet technologies for communication and control.
  • Utilizes Remote I/O for control of pneumatic valves.
  • System is capable of handling a wide variety of product types.
