Most of our machines utilize servo motion control, ranging from simple stand-alone indexers, with discrete I/O or serial connections to PLCs, to sophisticated PC-based motion controllers. For extreme accuracy, we have designed complex systems with encoder resolutions down to 0.2 microns. For other configurations, depending on the speed and accuracy required, we have utilized servo motors for direct drive, gear reduction, belt drive, and screw drive.
