We have the ability to identify parts, verify
position, measure part characteristics, or pick and place parts using simple or
sophisticated machine vision. For several projects, we have used machine
vision software and hardware to guide robotics to tolerances of less than 1
micron. For many applications, machine vision provides the ability to modify
inspection or movement criteria without expensive mechanical modifications. For
high volume and/or high accuracy processes, machine vision can be the critical
key to a successful tool.
