Most of the machines we have developed utilize custom designed interfaces. Complexity
ranges from small character displays to multiple displays to touch screens. We
have the ability to create these interfaces using HMI development kits, such as Wonderware®
or RSView®, in a variety of PC languages and platforms such as Visual Basic™ or C++™
in Windows® environments or Unix® systems. The user interfaces are often designed for
touch screens, thoughtfully laid out for ease of operator use, and can keep
track of process statistics. These systems can also interface with a local network
to share data with upstream or downstream processes. In addition,
performance calculations can be displayed or shared within the network.
