DWFritz Automation supports systems we have shipped around the world to China, Singapore, The Phillippines, Europe, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Canada, and of course, the USA.
Individualized support plans are available to meet your exact requirements. Many clients have strong internal capabilities and require only telephone, email and remote log-in support. Other clients, particularly those using overseas contract manufacturers, need full time technicians nearby to ensure critical production machines can be quickly supported. We will work with you to provide the level of service you need for your business operations.
- High quality user and maintenance manuals. As a first line of support, DWFritz provides high quality, custom written, industry standard user manuals and maintenance manuals along with the usual bill of materials, drawings and schematics. This allows our clients and their maintenance staff to handle most routine issues.
- Email and telephone support. As a second line of support, we provide free email and telephone support for the life of your machine. You will be able to talk with an engineer or technician who is knowledgeable about your machine and who can help resolve any unusual or unexpected issues. Most issues are resolved within a day.
- Remote diagnostics. As a third line of support, many of our machines have remote access (depending on the site) that allows us to log-in from our offices and diagnose the machine.
- On-site service. Many of our clients have qualified engineers on staff who are specifically trained by DWFritz on the tool, and the three lines of support are all they need. However, there are times when additional assistance is required. As a fourth line of support, we can provide on-site service as well.
- China support team. Since many companies use Asia-based contract manufacturers, DWFritz has a team of technicians and engineers stationed full time in China to provide a higher level of support for our clients who manufacture there.
