Business Development Manager

Our Business Development Manager works with our Director of Business Development to identify and develop new clients and new industries, build relationships with new and existing clients, and support the strategic plans and tactics for company growth.

You must have a passionate desire to learn our business in order to develop and implement company strategies for generating new business.

Our Business Development Manager will:

Manage and write proposals, including obtaining client’s requirements, coordinating engineering proposal work, and ensuring proposals are completed on time
Assist in management of direct e-mail programs developing content and managing lists
Work with the Director to organize and manage formal presentations to client and vendor groups to promote DWFritz Automation
Assist in developing and supporting strategic relationships with key vendor networks and dealer representatives
Coach others on presentation and client interaction skills

Job Requirements:

BS degree in Engineering
5 years of recent experience in a technical sales or marketing environment
MBA is a plus
